Chelsea Hotel and Hogwash at the Tote Front Bar

Melbourne’s best new southern-tinged boogie rock bands Chelsea Hotel and Hogwash are joining forces for a front bar extravaganza at the Tote. Twangy guitars, soulful vocals and catchy rock and roll tunes will abound and a good time shall be had by all. 

Ushering in the silly season at the best rock and roll pub in the world may sound like a heavy burden but somebody has to do it. With a plethora of impressive gigs in their wake including a fiery set at Luliepalooza and a hot new single ‘Randy’, Hogwash are the perfect band for the job. 

A swampy roots-rock supergroup that’s just getting started, Chelsea Hotel is comprised of members from local favourites such as The Seven Ups, Foggy Notion, Pseudo Mind Hive, Sin City and Favoured State. Whilst it may only be their fifth show as a unit, these veterans of the scene mean business and have the chops to kick off your holidays off in style. 

So with free entry, cheap beer and a sunny afternoon all guaranteed, there aren’t a whole lot of reasons why you shouldn’t be at the Tote on the 20th of December.
