Hot Glue launch their new single ‘Bad Dog’ upstairs at The Tote with special guests Local the Neighbour and Private Mountain. The Naarm indie-rock band is made up of siblings Lily and Pearl Harnath, with Henry Lucas on drums and joined by Meg Meyer on guitar.

Creating heartfelt songs that voice reinvention and release, Hot Glue will double the size of your heart. Pulsing with punchy beats, high energy guitars and soaring melodic harmonies, their songs speak to the experiences of young adulthood. The new single ‘Bad Dog’ is Hot Glue at their grittiest and most honest, marking a new chapter for the band.

Hot Glue’s debut album Hatchet was released in 2023 and saw the band grapple with feelings of begrudgement and forgiveness, longing and letting go. The album was a Local Feature Album on SYN FM, with the band’s first music video ‘Roadkill’ featured as a Wild One on Rage, and singles earning triple j presenter plays and repeat airplay on community radio. Having played at Brunswick Music Festival in 2024, sold out multiple headline shows and supported the likes of Body Type, Carla Geneve, and Jess Ribeiro, Hot Glue continue to impress at live shows.
