PorNoShow + Mercy Please, HELL and Scarlet Whine.

Keyo (frontman of Keyo Roses Flying Circus) presents the first of a series of confrontational music performances and experimental noise as PorNoSHow to debut the new project with headline at The Tote (Upstairs) on Thursday the 21st of August. Featuring a lineup of established and new musicians from local underground, punk and rock groups in an experimental one of a kind show.

Incorporating visual projections, visual art and performance, this will be a night to remember. Subversive prose and largely improvised musicianship and synth work will captivate while the tape machine drives the Por No SHow beat though your fingers to your toes. 

From the beauty of your imagination to the reality of our lives, conceived to encapsulate the experience of being a working artist and reflect the nature of commitment to craft and passion for creativity through various forms, curiosity and exploration, and to expose working independant artists and creatives for their talents, work and commitment to contributing to local culture and community.

Hypnotic drones and primal rhythm captured by a two track tape cassette, layered with a band of ragged talent, it’ll be a hot mess of sexy sound and vision. Reflecting the human state of affairs through subversive prose, harsh guitars, reverb soaked drums and industrial synth noise, Por No SHow is how we make ends meat to the beat.
