Bringing it back to where it all started, Hobart’s Quinton Trembath, will be bringing his energetic & upbeat folk punk up for one night only. With melodies sure to get stuck in your head, Quinton’s songs tell intimate and detailed stories through joyously shouted anecdotes while he bops & wriggles around the stage. Expect high fives, stage dives and life affirming chorus lines.

Making waves in late 2020 with his band’s debut album, Amateur Art, Dave Ruby Howe of Unearthed said “I can’t help but be charmed by Quinton’s Energy”. With influences from Jeff Rosenstock to Paul Simon, the music is fun, smart and bops hard. 

Joined on the night by Perth raised enigmatic songwriter, guitar-slinger and button pusher Alex Elbery. Drawing influences from the likes of The Clash, Cyndi Lauper and Paul Kelly, Alex and his band put on an electrifying live show underpinned by his heart-string-plucking, humorous and catchy songs.

Newcomers, Overthinker, Fronted by long time listener, first time caller Sam Van Munnen and touting a line up of the city’s most talented and most seasoned players (Including members of the Lazy Susans, Turn South and Damaged Goods Club.) Overthinker's songs are beautiful snapshots of suburban heartache, sociological frustration and weighty friendship, all brought to life by their rollicking folk pop performance.
